In this community café session sponsored by the Canadian Institutes for Health Research (CIHR), our team gives an introduction to gestational diabetes: what it is, how it is diagnosed, and what to expect during pregnancy. Designed for patients and families, this video covers blood glucose monitoring, nutrition basics, and the importance of prenatal care for a healthy pregnancy outcome.
